I am a dynamic, person with a zest for success and I have the Motto “Adapt, Improvise, Overcome”

I am a solutions consultant who has worn many different hats within my career till date. My career began with a degree in Mechanical engineering while I transitioned to a career in telecom with Telstra as a field technician. I got the chance to work on some of the best projects to build, upgrade and decommission networks that the company as seen. I have built good relationships with my former colleagues and I have great memories of my time working there.

During my role as a Presales Engineer with Dell Boomi (now Boomi Inc), I learnt the great art of selling, negotiating, discovery and demoing. I have learnt the MEDDPICC methodology to conduct demo’s, Proof of Concepts, RFI’s/RFP’s attending events and representing Boomi for these events. It was a very rewarding phase of my career.

With the onset of Covid and got a chance to implement the very same solutions I was selling with Boomi’s Professional Services Team. I was fortunate to work with the very best of the talent who helped customers produce automations and outcome that power the modern digital economy. I got a chance to work with federal government agency, council, superannuation funds, utility management companies and not-for-profit organisations. I learnt a ton of different skills from triaging, troubleshooting, soft skills, I also got to meet CTO’s /CEO’s/CIO’s and other leaders in the space.

I got another chance to lead the APAC region for Yotpo as the sole point of technical contact within the Solutions Engineering team. I wore different hats from being the support person, to the customer success manager, presales guide and mentor for the implementation of Yotpo products.

In my free time, I love to volunteer with the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) Sydney Section. During the COVID pandemic, I took on the leadership opportunity to lead the section and conduct online events with seasoned professionals in the field. As a volunteer, I got to learn budgeting, funding, planning, marketing and recruiting talent. Still today I am very passionate about this field and engage in hosting events and meeting business leaders. Outside of these activities, I like to play badminton and recently got a chance to attend the Australian Badminton open and watch the GOAT’s of the game live in-action.
